Role Description This full-time on-site role as a ServiceNow Consultant is located in Riyadh. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, and ensuring the successful implementation and delivery of projects. You will also be responsible for configuring ServiceNow modules, developing and implementing workflows and system customization, and providing ongoing support for the platform. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience in ServiceNow development and administration with expertise in configuring ServiceNow modules such as Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management and Asset Management. • Experience in ITIL framework, Service Management and Operations, and Business Flow • Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other programming languages • Experience in REST/SOAP integration, Scripted Web-Services, Single Sign-on(SAML 2.0), MID Server development/configuration, and Orchestration. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex requirements and design innovative solutions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, and Certified Application Developer certifications are highly preferred
