Your new role
You'll be joining as a Software Engineering Manager, and will oversee 3 teams which each have a team lead.
The role will be highly strategic but you'll also be required to get on the tools from time to time, depending on the business requirements.
You'll be a people leader, highly strategic and should have a solutions-focussed approach to engineering.
The company is open to candidates who are currently in Team Lead positions, who would like to take a step up into an engineering manager role.
What You'll Need To Succeed
• You should have experience of leading high-performing and fast-paced engineering teams
• Experience of developing and mentoring Software Engineers and ideally, Team Leads
• Technical knowledge should be pretty broad, any mix of the following would suffice; .NET stack, PHP/Wordpress and Front-End
• Cloud knowledge and experience in AWS
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
