About The Role As a Product Manager (Payments), you play a key role in improving the lives of our clients. You'll identify pain points faced by SMEs across South East Asia and key markets, and shape solutions that have a huge impact on their business. Great communication is at the heart of this role, as you'll collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to build amazing products and improve the user experience on our platform. You'll get to revolutionise the payments landscape and build exciting products with our team of world-class engineers. This is a full-time role with amazing growth potential. What you'll do: • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to shipping • Work closely with the Founders and Engineering teams to develop a comprehensive ecosystem of payment methods that work well with our commerce stack • Discuss customer insights and feedback with the Customer Success and Sales teams, to improve our current offering and introduce new and impactful products • Build a deep understanding of the pain points faced by SMEs, and identify product solutions that HitPay can develop and launch What we’re looking for: • 3+ years of end-to-end product management experience in a developer-centric environment.
