Job Title: Quality Assurance (Q.A.) Inspector - Apparel Industry
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector with prior experience in the apparel industry. As a Q.A. Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products before they are introduced to the market. This position involves a comprehensive inspection of various aspects, including style, color, sizing, workmanship, and overall quality.
Responsibilities:
• Product Inspection:
• Conduct thorough inspections of all apparel products at various stages of production.
• Verify compliance with established standards for style, color, sizing, and overall appearance.
• Workmanship Evaluation:
• Evaluate the workmanship of cutting, sewing, and ironing processes to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Identify and address any issues related to craftsmanship or production processes.
• Quality Assurance Measures:
• Implement measures to eliminate and prevent defects in the production process.
• Follow guidebooks and standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and achieve flawless product appearance.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of inspection results and communicate findings to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to address and resolve any identified issues promptly.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in the apparel industry with a focus on quality assurance.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects or deviations.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to follow guidebooks and standard operating procedures to ensure product consistency.

Salary: $16.55-$17.25 per hour
