• Experience in a sales role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
• Experience with clients in the enterprise cybersecurity or IT field.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience securing/growing a customer base and carrying/exceeding strategic business goals.
• Experience in international markets and managing large, complex agreements.
• Knowledge of product and solution market trends in cybersecurity and cloud.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, and communicate business activity, concepts, technical benefits in business terms at the executive-level.
• Ability to build strong and continuous relationships promoting to executives across security and IT business units.

As the Retention and Expansion Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of EMEA accounts across various countries by renewing, upselling, and cross-selling. You will be proficient across Google Cloud's Security product SaaS offerings and effectively represent Google Cloud's full suite of products and services by using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence clients and grow business.

• Maintain and grow relationships to influence long-term strategic direction.
• Represent Google Cloud Security at industry events and conferences.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts.
