Position Overview: As an MDM Specialist at you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our organization's data assets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of our master data, enabling informed decision-making and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain master data management processes and solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and define data governance policies.
• Lead efforts to cleanse, standardize, and deduplicate master data for improved quality.
• Configure and administer MDM tools, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
• Develop and maintain data models, taxonomies, and metadata to support effective data management.
• Provide expertise in data quality assessment and implement corrective measures as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an MDM Specialist or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of MDM concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere MDM, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and data quality management.
• Proficient in data modeling, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications in MDM (e.g., Informatica MDM Developer)
• Experience with data standards and regulations.
• Familiarity with cloud-based MDM solutions
