Responsibilities
● Multi-Cloud Management: Design, deploy, and manage cloud resources on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Microsoft Azure to support our fintech services.
● Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible to automate cloud resource provisioning and management on OCI and Azure.
● Networking and Security: Configure and maintain network infrastructure, security groups, and access controls on both OCI and Azure to ensure a secure and compliant multi-cloud environment.
● Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization on OCI and Azure to minimize costs while ensuring optimal performance.
● Backup and Disaster Recovery: Set up and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions on both cloud platforms to protect critical data and ensure business continuity.
● Collaboration: Collaborate with the DevOps and development teams to align cloud infrastructure with application requirements and deployment strategies.
● Performance Monitoring: Implement monitoring and alerting solutions on OCI and Azure to proactively identify and address performance issues.
● Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of cloud configurations, procedures, and best practices for both OCI and Azure.
● Capacity Planning: Monitor resource utilization and plan for capacity scaling as needed on both cloud platforms to support business growth.
● Security Compliance: Ensure that cloud infrastructure on both OCI and Azure complies with industry security standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
● Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role, with expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Microsoft Azure.
● Familiarity with cloud automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
● Knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes is a plus.
● Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices.
● Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, etc.).
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
● Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Certified, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator) are a plus.
