About The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious Technical Product Manager to lead the product development of our natural language tech stack, including Elastic Search, Natural Language Processing, LLMs, and platforms to support ML-based features. This role is pivotal in building the technical foundation for our growing ML initiatives.
What You’ll Get To Do
• Collaborate with senior product leadership to drive the technical platform needed to execute on our customer-facing vision
• Translate a customer-facing product vision for natural language-based interfaces and features into a long-term platform roadmap
• Work closely with engineering teams to guide the development of a solid technical foundation that supports future NLP, conversational experience, LLM, and other ML feature development.
• Product manage platform features across multiple scrum teams; write detailed user stories and define acceptance criteria for development
• Develop and maintain a product backlog and requirements to inform engineering activities
• Coordinate Go-To-Market (GTM) activities and product launches
• Facilitate collaboration across the enterprise to promote and support ML, specifically, LLM and natural language features development

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on ML, specifically NLP, LLMs, and search technologies.
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies.
• Ability to write clear and concise user stories and manage a set of complex product backlogs.
• Experience working with development teams, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and leading across multiple scrum teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive product success
