Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of software products.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, and work closely with the development and product team to resolve issues.
• Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of software releases
• Collaborate with the development and product team to understand system requirements hence designing and executing effective test strategies.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the testing process and contribute to the overall quality of the software development lifecycle.
Requirements:
• More than 1 year of experience in Web and App testing.
• Minimum Diplomain in Computer Science, IS, or IT is preferred.
• Familiar with software development workflow, and basic methods of Web\Mobile App testing and procedures.
• Familiar with the Web\Mobile App use case design and writing test documents.
• Strong ability to withstand pressure, multi-project testing, be proactive and have a good sense of responsibility, and assist in the development with the ability to analyze and locate bugs.
• Demonstrate a good sense of product ownership and actively contribute ideas to enhance workflows, proactively seeking opportunities to improve product and workflow quality.
• Familiar with commonly used testing tools, such as Jira,Postman,Monkey,Flidler, Appscan, Selenium, and other tools are preferred.
• Test experience in the fields of performance, security, white/black box testing, and automated testing is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial business and blockchain is preferred.
• Software development experience is preferred.
• Familiar with one or more scripting languages, and have certain R&D capabilities are preferred.
• Capabilities to design and set up automated testing is a huge plus
