Entity: Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions Location: 61 Seletar Aerospace View, Singapore 797560 Responsibilities: • Execute to Quality Audit program (Internal Audits, Supplier Audits) • Review and update Quality Control Procedures and Airworthiness Maintenance Organization Exposition/Manual • Review work instructions to ensure compliance with approved technical data, customer, and operational requirements • Review new capability evaluations and First Article Inspections • Conduct product and process audits to ensure compliance with requirements • Investigate quality issues, contribute in DAISE and drive corrective / preventive actions • Plan and conduct technical process reviews and operator competency assessments • Manage sub-contractors/supplier quality approvals (qualifications/extensions/SDRs) • Drive quality system initiatives and projects (standdowns, Quality Newsletter, etc.) • Manage the flow down Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and OEM/customer technical data • Work closely with various departments on closure of gaps identified during Audits • Support in Regulatory Agencies’ and Customers’ audits • Manage GQA reporting metrics including QNs • Drive Continuous Improvement projects in support of company and QA objectives. • Supervise Interns on assignment • Champion CORE activities and compliance to EHS requirement Requirements: • Degree in Engineering / Quality Management or equivalent • Knowledge, certification, and experience with ISO 9001/AS9110 QMS • Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace MRO, of which at least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Compliance Monitoring and Internal/ Auditor • Well-versed in various Civil Aviation Regulations: SAR145, FAR145, EASA145 & CCAR145 including SMS implementation an advantage • Preferably passed the CAAS Air Legislation examination paper L11, L12 or M10 • Working knowledge of SAP, Solumina and Civil Aviation Authority platforms (eSOMS/ IFP/FSOP) • Good working knowledge on use of technical data and workshop processes - inspection, thermal spray, welding, cleaning, NDT, machining, engine manuals and part blueprint • Demonstrated leadership responsibilities, supervisory/mentorship skills and demonstrated high ethical standards • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Highly motivated, innovative, meticulous, analytical with proven track record of timely delivery • Strong strategic and business thinking to provide business guidance • CORE Champion (within 6 months) Why Join Us: • We drive innovation to go beyond with a purpose to transform aviation. • We grow our people to become leaders with talent & leadership programs. • We offer employee scholarship program for further education. • We care for your well-being with comprehensive health, medical & dental benefits. • We provide island-wide company transport from major MRT stations. • We equip your skills & knowledge with on-the-job trainings and in-house/ external certifications. • We value trust, safety, integrity, respect, safety, innovation and excellence. • We provide annual wage supplement (AWS) and variable bonus plan. • We provide shift & meal allowances (Shift work only). • We provide overtime benefits as applicable (Shift work only). • Our ethos is “We Succeed, Together”!
