Job Responsibilities
We are a garment trading company based in Hong Kong. For business growth, we are recruiting high caliber candidates to fill the following position :
• Provide leadership, direction and training to QA teams in China & offshore countries
• Take preventive measures on quality standards
• Provide training & technical advice to factories
• Monitor production of the suppliers closely to ensure quality meet with buyers’ requirements and follow up corrective actions
• Searching of new factories & factory audit
• Partner with US Compliance/Legal and customers to support field audit in Social Compliance, CTPAT and Sustainable related initiatives. Drive CAP implementation at factory site.
• Frequent travelling is required
Requirements
• Minimum 15 years’ garment quality control / quality assurance experience with at least 4 years at the same level
• Experience in woven, knit & sweater for high fashion brands & tailoring items
• Familiar with quality standards and requirements of US markets for garment
• Strong network in different countries' apparel industry
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good analytical skill and able to deal with problem shooting and follow up PREVENTIVE action with manufacturers
• Strong management and leadership skills, strategic and analytical thinking
• Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
