Your Role
As a Senior/Lead Front End Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user interface of our platform. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing your expertise to architect, design, and develop innovative solutions that elevate our product's front-end experience. Your responsibilities will include:
• Taking ownership of front-end development, driving best practices, and ensuring high-quality code standards.
• Leading and mentoring a team of talented front-end developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to create intuitive, responsive, and user-centric interfaces.
• Implementing new features, optimizing performance, and maintaining existing codebase integrity.
• Evaluating and integrating new technologies to enhance our product's front-end capabilities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience (6+ years) in front-end development using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams, driving projects from conception to delivery.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and design patterns, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with optimizing performance and ensuring scalability of front-end applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
