As a key member of well established organisation, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a talented team of developers to successfully deliver high-quality software solutions. The teams are split so you will only manage a handful working in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of software developers, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
Drive the execution and delivery of projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the team adheres to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and software development methodologies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Software Development Manager, leading and managing teams in an Agile environment.
Strong technical background with hands-on coding experience in Microsoft stack technologies.
Deep understanding of software development principles, industry best practices, and methodologies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Cloud knowledge is highly preferred, and experience with Microsoft Azure is a bonus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively.
