Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Site Reliability Engineer who specializes in blockchain systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our blockchain infrastructure. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, C++, Golang, or Python, coupled with experience in Kubernetes and developing RPCs, is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Blockchain Infrastructure:
• Design, implement, and maintain a robust and scalable blockchain infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions into our existing systems.
Site Reliability:
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to system performance and reliability.
• Implement best practices for continuous improvement in system reliability and availability.
Programming Languages:
• Utilize Rust, C++, Golang, or Python to develop and optimize blockchain components.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Kubernetes Expertise:
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Implement automation tools for deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
RPC Development:
• Design, implement, and maintain Remote Procedure Call (RPC) mechanisms for effective communication between different components of the blockchain network.
• Ensure security, efficiency, and reliability in RPC implementations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer with a focus on blockchain technologies.
• Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: Rust, C++, Golang, or Python.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and maintaining RPC mechanisms.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, cryptographic principles, and blockchain protocols.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
