Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Brea CA 92821 Duration: 12 Months Contract Payrate: $21.82/hr on W2 (without benefits) Important: • Must have Data Entry Experience with order box. • The candidate will be entering approx 80 orders in a day • Onsite 5 days a week role. (7:30 am to 4:00 PM) can be a little flexible with the timing. • Purchase Order experience is helpful • Need to check bill and shipping details • Not looking for a call center role • The contract is for 12 months with a possible extension. • There will be 3 rounds of interviews: 1st with Laura (HM), 2nd with the team lead, and 3rd with the HR. Description: Customer Service Representative (CSR) with strong customer service soft skills, routine orders entry skill, order tracking, and problem resolution. You will be responsible for all customer types of inquiry and products, and you will be working closely with customer and internal teams to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The CSR will ensure customer satisfaction by way of processing orders, answering phones promptly, finishing delivery information and providing field sales/service support, all with accuracy and efficiency. Position Requirements: Must have basic computers skills including MS office 2000 or later including Word, Excel and Outlook. Basic math skills and statistical knowledge. Proficient at keyboard entry; prior experience entering orders while on the phone a plus; multitasking and problem solving. Enjoys working with people. One to three years customer service experience required. High school graduate required. Associates degree preferred. Primary language English. Little to no travel required.
