I need a developer happy to work with wordpress elementor website to solve an urgent coding problem as soon as possible and then to work with regularly to maintain health of website and help with some SEO.
I'm a wedding dressmaker designer with an established site: carolinearthur.com, which has a web app (/couture-kit page) within it. I am happy to manage the content for the site, but can't access the app.
I'm told the Database utility file needs to be updated in all the folders I have for the website. My host (Heart) has reverted the PHP version to 7.2 from 8.1 which seems to have been the catalyst for a "Fatal error" occuring. But this means I'm on borrowed time as I understand 7.2 is nearing or at end of life?
I understand the problem is within the code. My PHP script uses deprecated functions and strings that are no longer working with PHP 8.1, so we need to review the code. I have been given the logs to look at, but have no idea what that means!
