The mission of Product Marketing at our company is to promote ROI-driving adoption of cross-functional platform capabilities for our brands across the globe. Summary: • A Product Marketing UX/UI designer has an understanding of the features & functionality for a cluster of software product teams, and uses this understanding to design end-to-end customer-facing campaigns on our brand's websites. The Senior UX/UI Designer brings platform features to life by showing our brands how they can execute amazing end-to-end customer experiences leveraging existing capabilities of the software platform. This designer should have a great grasp of best-in-class merchandising tactics in the eCommerce space - especially around promotions, product curation, and content merchandising. This designer will collaborate mostly with Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Brand stakeholders, and the technical teams to drive adoption of features on the platform, thus directly resulting in measurable business impact. Roles & Responsibilities: • The Product Marketing team is a B-2-B group. Our customers are our portfolio of over 25 global prestige beauty brands. Product Marketing is a part of global Product Management, and represents a cluster of software product teams responsible for building and enhancing capabilities on the global eCommerce platform. The global eCommerce platform serves as the .com and 3rd party digital experience engine for our portfolio of brands. • Therefore, it is the job of a Product Marketing UX/UI Designer to evangelize the software products by creatively articulating the value through great UX/UI designs, thus driving meaningful adoption, across brands and markets. Key Responsibilities • Be an expert on competitive research & the best UX and UI methods to merchandise online. Leveraging your knowledge of the available features on company proprietary platform, and design great experiences that bring these features together in a meaningful way, thus yielding ROI for our brands. • Conduct user research and usability testing, validating design decisions through quantitative and qualitative data • Lead design projects from concept to launch, creating best-in-class user-centered wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes based on research, business requirements, customer feedback, and usability studies • Design mobile-first responsive user interface and customer flows • Collaborate with other UX/UI Designers and UX Researchers across multiple countries to ensure a consistent global experience on all customer touch points and throughout company brands • Partner with the Product Owners and Product Managers to translate business requirements into user scenarios and high-level customer experience requirements • Collaborate with front-engineers and back-end engineers to take designs to production Qualifications: • 5+ years of UX/UI Design experience • A strong digital portfolio of User Experience, User Research and Visual Design • Specific knowledge of UX/UI best practices related to online promotions, product curation, and product merchandising. • Experience with Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Arts, User Experience, or Cognitive Psychology or equivalent field • Mastery using design tools such as Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite • Proficiency in prototyping with tools such as InVision and Figma • Experience with ecommerce and social platforms in the beauty or luxury industry (plus) • Experience working in an Agile environment, collaborating on Jira, Confluence and Abstract (plus) • Skilled in conducting competitor and user experience research to inform designs • Excellent soft skills and ability to create relationships with brands and key stakeholders. • A go-getter. Must be action oriented and proactive - identify gaps and suggest solutions on your own accord vs. waiting for someone to outline tasks for you. • Excellent presentation skills (must be strong in putting together power point presentations and other marketing material, as well as delivering presentations in person/on zoom to large audiences and senior stakeholders) • Excellent verbal communication. • Vocal, assertive, confident, proactive, quick, organized, self starter, process oriented, problem solver, analytical thinking • A sound understanding of how features & functionalities work on a software platform, and the ability to represent this functionality in cohesive end-to-end designs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
