We are seeking a dynamic and experienced OCI Cloud Architect to join our team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the organization's growth through strategic contributions. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, forward-thinking self-starter with a robust background in cloud computing and a proven track record of orchestrating, designing, implementing, deploying, maintaining, and evolving Cloud Infrastructure in Oracle Cloud (OCI). The OCI Cloud Architect will lead the infrastructure automation roadmap, ensuring reliability and security while actively sharing expertise with implementation teams through guidelines, procedures, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical expertise in OCI cloud solution architecture, technology strategy, and technical design decisions.
• Assess customer requirements, scope definition, functional and technical design, infrastructure build, configuration, unit testing, and drive production deployment.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet technical and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Communicate architectural decisions effectively to stakeholders.
• Develop deployable and documented cloud design patterns based on the Cloud Solutions Infrastructure portfolio.
• Contribute to Cloud DevOps development activities and complex development tasks.
• Define optimal design patterns and solutions for high availability and disaster recovery.
• Interact with project leads and technical stakeholders in building and deploying cloud solutions.
• Work closely with IT and security teams to provide appropriate monitoring mechanisms for deployed architectures.
• Provide support and technical governance related to cloud architectures, deployment, and operations.
• Advocate and define cloud architecture vision from a strategic perspective.
Must-Haves:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a college diploma with 7+ years of significant experience.
• Experience spanning at least two IT disciplines.
• Minimum of 5+ years in a solution architecture role using cloud IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture and implementation features.
• Solid knowledge of Windows/Linux.
• Understanding of hardware, operating systems, network, data center, and application software interactions.
• Proven experience in OCI environment with understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Best Practices Framework.
• Practical experience building and deploying OCI solutions.
• Practical experience providing Oracle Cloud VMWare services.
• Experience in Disaster Recovery design within and outside OCI.
• Scripting for automating repeatable tasks.
• Experience in implementing and monitoring security aspects of OCI.
• Knowledge of cloud security controls.
