The Talent
• Minimally with 10 years of Business Analysis and 4 years of managing software projects in the banking IT domain
• Familiar with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Manage the procurement and development of software systems
• Evaluate the outcomes and quality of the various software solutions and projects implemented in the organization
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum framework
• Provide technical guidance on the development of software and platform features
• Ability to deliver projects within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Preferably certified in project management such as PMP, CITPM, or PRINCE2
• Preferably familiar with Finastra’s payment engine (Global PayPlus)
• Skilled in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications
The Job
• The role involves building and leading teams, including junior project managers, business analysts, developers, testing teams, and automation engineers.
• Determine project scope and objectives, predicting and managing resources efficiently, preparing budgets, tracking project costs, and developing detailed project schedules.
• Responsible for providing consistent project updates to stakeholders, managing contracts with vendors, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices throughout project execution.
• Drive governance meetings, manage work allocation based on prioritization, and actively participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• The person plays a crucial role in user acceptance testing, defect management, and continuously measures project performance for areas of improvement.
