IT Systems Analyst (Automotive)
The Systems Analyst’s primary role is to analyze the effectiveness of the technology infrastructure for enterprise businesses. They ensure the integrity of vital systems and make improvements to improve efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Participate in the planning, organization, and implementation of activities related to the
· installation, and maintenance of computer hardware and software, local (LAN) and wide
· area (WAN) networks, tablets and mobile devices, video surveillance, wireless, door access control, telecommunications using VoIP technology and various peripheral equipment.
· Provide technical assistance to staff, on using computers, tablets, and software programs and on the proper use of peripheral electronic equipment.
· Install and configure new technology as required; research, identify and evaluate new hardware and software that would benefit the campus and make purchasing recommendations.
· •Perform periodical audit and security review in the domain of business application systems, accounts, design, architecture to ensure setup adhering to IT Governance & Compliance requirements.
· •Designing information systems, including software and hardware components, that meet business requirements and align with IT standards and policies.
· Review current IT systems, such as network, software and hardware features for any errors or issues
· Build new systems that address and fix any issues shown in the current systems
· Create analysis reports that represent the cost-benefit of any proposed upgrades
Requirements
•Diploma/Bachelor or higher qualification in Technology /Information Management /Computer Science
•At least 5 years of technical HANDS-ON experience in business applications support, development, testing, systems design or project management (SDLC)
•Good programming skills in ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, PHP
•Good web programming skills such as Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Bootstrap, Rest, JSON and XML
•Have deep knowledge in Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) such as MS SQL and SQL
•ITIL, Microsoft MCDBA, Salesforce and PMP certificate holders are preferred
•Project Management Skills: Good project management skills are required, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver them on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
