Responsibilities
• Collaborate to design and implement analyses that address complex business requirements and questions, and gather business requirements
• Act as a liaison between the Business, Technical/Solution teams, vendors, and end-users to plan and support user requirements and testing
• Proactively handle and appropriately escalate business and project issues
• Develop and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders across business and technology
• Manage vendors' documents, including purchase orders, quotations, invoices, finance accruals, and related paperwork, ensuring proper handling and follow-up
• Coordinate with business and technology teams within the group and organization
• Oversee staff onboarding, offboarding, and orientation procedures, whilst effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience
• Knowledge of project management lifecycle and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc
• Proficiency in computer literacy, PARTICULARLY in MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well within a team
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a multitasking environment
• Experience in the IT or insurance industries would be advantageous
• Good command of English and Chinese, with fluency in Cantonese preferred
• Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred. Expected Salary in CV is needed for consideration***
