About the role
-Review and revamp the design of existing systems
-Lead the development of software systems (e.g. blockchain node, block explorer, oracle node and other application backends)
- Participate in design and code reviews
-Lead the engineering team to achieve technical excellence by being the role model, setting out standards and patterns
Skills and experience required
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar discipline
-Minimum 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Independently completed / led the development of at least 3 software products
- Expert of at least one mainstream programming language (Java, C++, C#, etc)
-Experienced in coding in C#
-Great passion for blockchain technology and decentralized applications
- Experience with distributed systems is a plus
