Located in our Melbourne or Sydney office, our Digital team are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the team on a permanent, full time basis. Our Digital team Digital team consists of Engineers, MarTech Engineers, Testers, Experience Designers and Delivery who are responsible for the successful execution and delivery of our clients’ projects.
The Role
As a Senior Fullstack Developer at Howatson+Company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications for our diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend technologies, with expertise in React.js and .Net technologies.
A Day in the Life
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
• Design and develop scalable and maintainable web applications using React.js for the frontend and .Net for the backend.
• Contribute to the development of internal products, ensuring they align with the company's goals and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces to enhance the overall user experience.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive.
How will we know you are the one?
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a focus on React.js and .Net technologies.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in integrating with backend services.
• Experience with database systems such as SQL Server.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Other things that would make you excel in this role
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Previous experience in the advertising or marketing industry.
