• Lead the team on different product initiative projects (e.g. new product development, features enhancement, etc).
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as Actuarial, Finance, IT, Operations, Distribution Channels, Marketing, Compliance etc to drive the end-to-end insurance product development cycle
• Ensure the product development and implementation processes compliant with regulatory guidelines, Group’s governance structures etc
• Provide product related advice and support for other company projects e.g. channel expansion, system upgrade
• Support different business development initiatives on product promotion
• Ensure our product materials are compliant with the most up to date regulatory guidelines, Group’s governance structures etc
• Conduct market analysis to identify market opportunity for new product initiatives
• Oversight of the market trend, regular review our product’s competitiveness in the market
skills & experiences required
• Bachelor Degree Holder or above
• 6-8 years of experience in life insurance product development
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You are able to communicate with different levels
