Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)
• Manage mainframe automation with OPS/MVS, SOLVE:OPS and Systems Automation (System Automation Skills needed)
• Manage Automation jobs (JCL, applications for housekeeping etc)
• Adding/Maintaining automation rules for started tasks and subsystems in automation software (OPS/MVS, SOLVE Ops, Systems Automation).
• Adding/Maintaining automation alerts (OPS/MVS, SOLVE OPS, Systems Automation)
• Adding/Maintaining Automation triggered by messages, time of day events or other jobs.
• Maintaining started tasks and PARMLIB datasets for automation software (OPS/MVS, SOLVE OPs, Systems Automation).
• Maintaining/Applying PTF's to Automation software when required (OPS/MVS, SOLVE OPs, Systems Automation, NETVIEW).
• Managing and maintainingTivoli Geographically Dispersed Parallel Sysplex (GDPS) (includes monitoring, responding to incidents, applying PTF’s and ensuring product health)
• Configure parameters and definitions affecting performance, capacity, and usability
• Marinating started tasks and PROCLIB datasets for automation software (OPS/MVS, SOLVE OPs, NETVIEW, Systems Automation)
• Userid Maintenance - adding or removing userids as required to automation tools. Userid revalidation process if it exists in WBC.
• Dataset management – perform reorgs etc if required
• Software distribution of mainframe automation products

• Manage mainframe automation with OPS/MVS, SOLVE:OPS and Systems Automation (System Automation Skills needed)

Desired skills: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Mainframe Automation.
Domain: Anything is fine. Preferable is Banking Domain
