Responsibilities:
• Lead & Ensure the Quality Management System is in place in the organization.
• Site QA monthly reporting, monitoring and follow up.
• Co-ordinate, measure and evaluate the effectiveness of Customer Engagement, Retention & Satisfaction Program.
• Co-ordinate with the process owner to establish the root cause and problem solving action plans with regards to customer complaints, feedback or quality issues.
• Co-ordinate company Quality Initiatives, programs and implementation.
• Participate in Company Business Continuity Plan, Emergency Preparedness Plan, Crisis Management and Control.
• Lead, Coordinate and Maintain all Quality Certification programs within the Organisation.
• Participate in Selection, Qualification of new suppliers, vendors or subcontractor.
• Conduct Quality Awareness & Orientation program
• Conduct Internal Quality System and Process audit.
• Conduct Quality Auditor training based on the Quality requirement.
• Perform other job related duties as and when requested by superior.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 5 year(s) of working or more in the QA profession.
• Must be proficient in English, both in writing and speaking.
• Must have experience in implementing ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000, Halal and Food Safety related standards. Other ISO implementation experience in ISO 13485 and GDP is an advantage.
• Mature and able to work independently.
• Excellent leader and team player.
• Excellent communication and presentation skill.
• Knowledge in Statistical Quality / Process Control / 6-Sigma / Lean Program.
