Job Description:
Join our Ontario government client as a Project Manager/Leader, providing pivotal support to Project Managers and Portfolio Leads in the effective management of diverse projects. With 3 to 5 years of experience, specialize in I&IT Service Management, including incident and change management. Showcase your skills in building and maintaining detailed schedules in MS Project, ensuring activities are tracked to completion. Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct analysis using tools like Excel, and contribute to the creation of project artifacts. Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills while maintaining a high level of proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Project Managers with day-to-day tasks and coordination activities.
• Build and maintain detailed schedules, ensuring accurate tracking of activities.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ITIL methodology and I&IT service management.
• Create and maintain project management artifacts and documentation.
• Travel to various dispatch centers to provide project support and coordinate telephony training.
