Leading multi-displinary practise based in Newcatle is seeking a senior hire to join the team. Their team of architects and designers use their expertise and creativity to deliver clever, innovative, practical spaces for living, working, and entertaining.
Currently seeking a Project Leader to join the team. To be considered the sucessful incumbent will meet the following requirements:
• Experience in designing a range of Architectural typologies such as Residential, Multi Res, Mixed use / RFB, Commercial, Seniors Living, etc.
• Ability to work independently in the production of documentation for the purpose of a Development Application.
• Complete understanding of National and State Authority Codes, Standards and Guidelines such as LEP, DCP, ADG, Housing SEPP, NCC, Australian Standards, etc.
• Ability to lead and/or be part of a project team.
• Ability to lead, manage and coordinate with consultant teams.
• Experience with or ability to adapt to an ArchiCAD office.
• High level of time management and multi-tasking skills.
• High level of communication both spoken and written.
In terms of qualification it would be expected that you have completed a Master’s degree in architecture from an accredited Australian University or International equivalent.
