Qualifications: • Experience in community management or customer support, preferably in the gaming industry. • Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms. • Fluent in English and basic proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with counterparts in the China office. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
