As a Product Manager at Clearnomics, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of high-quality platforms, features, and capabilities to our customers. With your experience and passion for creating powerful and intuitive solutions for users, you’ll help define and execute upon a compelling product roadmap that is aligned with company goals. As a cross-functional contributor, you’ll work closely with our engineering, design, sales, and research teams on a daily basis.
What you’ll work on:
• Collaborate with company leadership, software engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to help define and deliver product enhancements for our platform
• Contribute at all stages of the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, product specification, development, and launch
• Engage with customers and key stakeholders to gather and prioritize feedback, enabling data-driven decision making
• Work within an Agile framework and help to manage sprint planning, stand-ups, design sessions, and more to enable the product development team to deliver features smoothly and on time
We’re looking for candidates with:
• 2-5 years of experience as a B2B SaaS product manager, or similar role
• Proven track record of contributing to the development of technical products that meaningfully impact business growth
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with engineering and UI/UX teams
• Proficiency in industry standard tools including Jira, Figma, and others
• Experience in the asset/wealth management industries is a plus but not required
• Engineering or design background is a plus but not required
• 4-year degree in a relevant field, MBA or advanced degree preferred
