What will you be doing?
• Updating and monitoring employee information, ensuring accurate reflections of any changes
• Proactively managing the inbox, promptly responding to queries, and escalating issues when necessary
• Providing system training and support to team members
• Assisting in the testing phase of the new time and attendance system
• Participating in the adaptation and application of rules for Award Interpretation
• Handling reporting and general administrative tasks
What experience would work well?
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a payroll administration or data entry role
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
