Job Introduction Maximus currently has a QA Supervisor opportunity with the Maximus Montana Employment and Training Project. This Project will provide intake, assessment and development of an Employability/Service Plan (ESP) plus case management of participants along with job development, placement, & retention services. Our goal is to equip participants to be successful in the world of work by building their skills capacity, prioritizing employment, and supporting retention. Job Summary Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Establish and communicate monthly QA monitoring targets for Call Center, Outreach, Outbound Mail, and Mail Enrollments. - Manage QA team performance to ensure completion and achievement of established targets. - Provide required daily and monthly reports to QA/Training Manager and appropriate management.- Perform trend analysis based on QA evaluation results to improve call center performance and efficiencies. - Utilize trend analysis data to identify and escalate issues, design refresher topics, and improve new hire training.- Ensure Quality Award Program goals are met and reported daily and monthly.- Under direction of QA/Training Manager, research, develop, and implement new features, technologies, and methods to improve QA processes.- Possess knowledge and skills to perform all direct QA functions if required.- Perform ad hoc research, reports, analysis, and other duties as assigned by Manager.- Ensure that all new-hire training classes and refresher classes are properly planned, created, and delivered by the training team. - Ensure individualized coaching is performed throughout new hire training. - Ensure a smooth transition of agents to the call center after training. - Review training surveys and integrate feedback to improve the training program.- Meet with managers to review training curriculum, technologies, and delivery to improve training quality, trainee readiness, and staff retention.- Oversee training programs for outreach team, supervisors, leads, and other levels of levels of project staff. - Develop new programs under the direction of the QA/Training Manager.- Ensure all training material updates and improvements are made in a timely manner.- Under direction of QA/Training Manager, research, develop, and implement new features, technologies, and methods (video, audio, animated, CBT). - Develop and improve knowledge testing methods and technologies.- Possess knowledge and skills to perform all direct training functions if required.- Perform ad hoc research, reports, analysis, and other duties as assigned by Manager. Minimum Requirements- Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience considered in lieu of degree.- Minimum of two (2) years of related experience. Education and Experience Requirements This role is contingent upon an award of the contract. This position is fully remote and will require a home office. Home office requirements: • Reliable high-speed internet service • Minimum 20 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity   • Minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds This position requires work to be performed between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Time. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
