One of America's highest performing Boutique High Frequency Trading firms are seeking a skilled Python Engineer to join a brand new Equities trading initiative to add to their portfolio of Fixed Income/Credit Trading.
You will be working directly with Traders and Quants to build out this greenfield trading platform while solving real time, business critical problems on the fly! This role requires someone with strong ownership mentality and drive to develop high performance, robust systems to scale.

• 2+ years of Python programming
• Interest/proficiency in C++ desired but not needed
• Excellent design, debugging and problem solving skills

• $200,000 - $500,000 total compensation
