Arabic Computer Systems one of the largest ICT companies in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sr UXUI Designer to join their team in creating innovative and user-friendly designs for their enterprise customers With over 35 years of experience and a team of more than 3000 IT professionals ACS serves government entities and some of the Middle Easts leading companiesbrbr As a Sr UXUI Designer you will be responsible for collaborating with the development team and stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces You will play a critical role in enhancing the user experience and user interface of ACSs products while also ensuring that the designs are aligned with the companys mission and valuesbrbr Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to identify and understand user needs and requirements Create wireframes prototypes and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and workflows Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to UXUI design Advocate for design best practices and user-centered design principles within the organization Requirements 4 years of experience in UXUI design Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing complex applications Proficient in design tools such as Sketch Adobe Creative Suite and InVision Experience working with Agile development methodologies Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and development teams Understanding of web accessibility standards and guidelines Bachelors degree in a design-related field or equivalent experience
