Reporting to the General Manager Marketing, the Head of Marketing Gaming is responsible for leading the development and delivery of all major and tactical gaming marketing initiatives designed at driving growth and revenue for Crown Sydney Casino. Leading a small team of marketing executives, you’ll play an integral part in designing innovative and exciting gaming propositions, as well as overseeing end to end campaign delivery. Also working alongside other leaders in the broader marketing team, you’ll drive a collaborative approach to work and contribute to key activities that drive new customer acquisition, elevated experiences and ensure financial targets are realised. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Build a rich understanding the of the customer segments through the development of strong relationships with the Research and Insights, Customer Strategy, Brand and Gaming Operations teams Design and lead the delivery of the Gaming Marketing Quarterly plan, ensuring it meets all the relevant activity requirements for the Gaming Business Unit and receives the necessary approvals via the Crown PlaySafe Marketing Guardrails Initiate campaign briefs and engage with all relevant stakeholders across marketing to deliver desired outcomes and ensure a world-class standard Bring insight, research and world class innovation together in delivering each of the identified activities within the quarterly marketing plans Review analysis from all activities to assist in consideration for implementing remedial action plans where required Establish processes where business performance data and analytics is key to determining required actions to drive growth Lead by example, ensuring strong adherence and compliance to all regulatory requirements Key selection criteria : 5+ years experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role of seniority Proven strategic capability to develop, drive and deliver marketing activity that will achieve Crown’s financial and revenue targets within Gaming Strong business and commercial acumen, with strong analytical skills and an ability to manage a P&L Knowledge and understanding of marketing within gaming, casino or a similar environment will be highly advantageous Excellence in communications and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including senior executives Has or is able to obtain all required Casino Employee Licenses What we offer you : Full-time opportunity, based on-site at Crown Sydney Opportunity to develop, drive and deliver marketing campaigns in a premium and exclusive gaming environment Hybrid working flexibility Complimentary meals at our on-site staff restaurant Generous discounts across Crown hotels and restaurants Australia wide Access to discounts with our various corporate partners across travel, insurance, heath & wellbeing, fashion, banking & finance, technology and parking LI-CSAs part of Crown’s inclusive culture, we strongly encourage applications across all cultural backgrounds, genders and abilities.
