We partner with innovative companies and consulting firms seeking experienced contractors for their current and upcoming projects Overview: We are currently seeking experienced Senior Flutter Developers to join our network of contractors and work on upcoming mobile development projects scheduled for Q1 2024. As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to define app requirements and specifications. • Develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient Flutter applications for both iOS and Android platforms. • Write clean and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards. • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of the applications. • Collaborate with other developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. • Stay informed about the latest advancements in Flutter and mobile development trends, and actively contribute to the adoption of new technologies within the team. • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment. • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. • Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces. • Troubleshoot, debug and optimize application performance to deliver an exceptional user experience. Requirements: • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Flutter Developer, preferably as a contractor. • Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with a strong portfolio of mobile applications developed using Flutter. • In-depth knowledge of Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and mobile app development best practices. • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including app deployment and maintenance. • Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and integration of external services. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. • Previous experience in mentoring junior developers and leading development teams is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
