• *The Role**
We are seeking a Product Manager Tech to drive innovation in the Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) space. You will own the vision and product strategy, define product requirements and the long term roadmap, and influence stakeholders, partner teams and engineering teams with thought leadership to deliver an impactful product successfully in production.
• *Key job responsibilities**
- Define vision and strategy for an enterprise product(s)
- Own the end-to-end product management lifecycle including managing the product roadmap and the adoption strategy
- In collaboration with engineering, provide thought leadership of product design recognizing when the technology choices limit performance, scale, extensibility, and/or our ability innovate in the future.
- Work with engineering, research, UX, program managers and stakeholders to deliver a useful product
- Define the adoption strategy and partner with Amazon’s internal businesses to drive product adoption.
• *Qualifications**:
- 8+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with GRC strategies, tooling, and enterprise risk management.
- 5+ years of proven experience leading financial systems product development.
- Excellent customer engagement; demonstrated success when delivering programs or solutions for external customers.
