A top DeFi trading platform client is seeking 1-2 Backend Engineers to join their robust engineering team stacked with talent from top web2 and hedge fund firms. Fully remote within the US and offering a competitive base salary + token equity package within their early-stage group.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (Computer Science) or equivalent
• 4+ years experience in backend development - they want someone pretty agnostic but experience with Rust, KDB+, Q, Node.js, Scala and low latency systems
• Strong coding abilities and track record/desire to continue with heavy hands-on work
• Experience at trading firms, finance/fintech, web2/social media firms or similar
• History of build high-traffic customer products/projects (not just internal tooling)
• Curiosity or interest around crypto (no need for previous work experience within crypto)*
• Experience in or strong personal interests in finance/fintech/etc.
• Ability to work remotely within an early-stage startup
