The successful candidate will:
● Have a good understanding of both key AI/ML technologies and generative model prompting.
● Have experience in HRTech (ideal)
● Able to support a roadmap across multiple react and python platforms for user facing applications.
● Work closely with to develop and improve innovative machine learning tools, platforms, and systems, recommendation engines and search platforms.
● Remain up to date on AI industry trends and apply industry expertise to innovation.
● Be an innovative and insightful technical leader and rapid problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:
● Leads the innovation, development, and improvement of work for their AI/ML projects using NLP, Sci-kit learn, pandas, word2vec and BERT.
● Own Generative AI initiatives, focusing on enhancing efficiency and automation.
● Leverage Large Language Models (LLM) Generative Pre-Trained Transformer Based Models and build the pipeline to deliver client results and product work streams.
● Deliver multiple Generative AI Based LLM, NLP Based scalable Solutions.
● Support the end-to-end lifecycle of generative AI projects, from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality work on schedule.
● Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish success criteria.
● Stay up to date with the latest advancements in generative AI techniques, frameworks, and tools, and assess their potential applicability to the organization's projects.
● Participate in the design and architecture of AI solutions.
● Work closely with the Business Product Manager to define Product strategy/vision.
● Monitor product / platform developments and support leading engineering practices for higher tech quality.
● Observe technology trends across the industry and conduct research spikes for new capability and innovation opportunities.
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; master’s or Ph.D. degree is preferred.
● 5+ years of experience in development of AI / ML models and putting them into production.
● Experience working with product management to align on objectives and risks.
● High degree of familiarity with: Python, TensorFlow/Keras/Pytorch, and git workflows
● Create and deploy Machine learning models using LSTMs, recommendation models, clustering and deep learning.
