Position Summary
The CVSHealth.com Enterprise Web Project Manager will act as the site's business product owner of Adobe Experience Manager, managing a team of content authors to provide support for day-to-day and longer-range site updates. The Enterprise Web Project Manager will g ather requirements from strategic communications teams around template, page and feature enhancements to feed into the development and authoring queue. They will also manage backlog grooming, requirements gathering and testing and communication.
Responsibilities include:
• Partnering with Enterprise Marketing Technology team and other digital partners/agencies (as needed) to bring in new tools and features.
• Building innovative and new capabilities, scalable experiences, roadmaps, and new digital experiences based on data and brand awareness
• Identifying opportunities for interconnection to other sites in our digital ecosystem.
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience Project Management leadership for web properties
• Strong leadership and people management experience
• Ability to effectively balance efficiency while producing high-quality work, and creating an engaging and inclusive team environment
• Experience in working with agencies
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Workfront, as well as responsive/adaptive UX/UI and design, web QA, site templates, site releases
Preferred Qualifications:
• Expertise and understanding of Adobe Analytics, SEO, domain/URL management, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, digital ADA compliance and web optimization
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$63,300.00 - $139,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
