Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will be responsible for processing complaints, performing risk assessments and developing / generating complaint metrics to produce meaningful reports to the business. You will also be interacting with various stakeholders within the business to share valuable insights on the complaints received and potential patterns to drive preventative action needed etc. Your other responsibilities will also include, but not be limited to: • Compiling complaint data with view to develop through to information / knowledge • Establishing strong relationships with other business units to discuss complaints received • Updating GMP agreements and coordinate approval with suppliers This is a great opportunity for a quality professional who has great data analytical skills and critical thinking ability to join a diverse and fast paced working environment, with a supportive and friendly team to excel your learning potential and fast track your career in the pharmaceutical industry! To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and experience: • Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology or related scientific field • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or complaint handling in the pharmaceutical industry • Excellent investigational skills and ability to analyse quality data to produce meaningful reports for the business unit • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to think outside the box / navigate the grey • High attention to detail and strong problem solving skills • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • Ability to build effective and strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders If this sounds like you or someone you know and would like to know more about this exciting opportunity, please call Jason Mai on 02 9431 2542 for a more detailed and confidential conversation
