Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Principal Consultant specialising in Natural Language Processing (NLP). As a key member of our consulting practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge solutions that leverage NLP technologies to drive business impact.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage NLP-focused consulting engagements, working closely with clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
• Provide thought leadership in the field of NLP, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions into broader business strategies and processes.
• Conduct assessments and identify opportunities for NLP applications within diverse industries.
• Develop and implement NLP models, algorithms, and applications to solve complex business problems.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
What we are looking for:
• Proven experience client facing roles, with a focus on NLP and language technologies.
• Expertise in designing and implementing NLP solutions
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex NLP projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the business implications of NLP and the ability to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies.
