Our client is a listed IT solution provider with global presence, currently hiring a high calibre to perform data centre operations support with the team. This position will be working 4 days per week averagely by shift.
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring various aspects of data center operations, including servers, operating systems, storage systems, databases, messaging systems, IT networks, IT security, and backup systems
• Assist to support daily Data Center operational support
• Ensure the smooth functioning of the systems, process batch jobs, prepare reports, and perform tape backups
• To identify, solve and provide escalation to the designated supervisor
Requirements:
• Diploma or higher in IT-related disciplines
• 1 year of relevant experience, fresh graduates also welcomed
• Experience in Ticket Management systems and troubleshooting techniques is preferred
• Possess positive attitude, team player with a can-do personality
