As a Java Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and providing technical guidance and expertise in Java-based software development projects. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing high-quality Java solutions while ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
• *What you will do**:
- Provide technical leadership to a team of Java developers by guiding them in architectural decisions, code reviews, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with architects to define the overall system architecture and design patterns.
- Work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and other team members to gather requirements, provide technical input, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering their technical growth and providing support in skill development and knowledge sharing.
• *To be successful in this role**:
- Must be a Singaporean Citizen to be able to get the required clearance.
- Extensive experience in Java software development.
- Strong knowledge in Spring, Struts, Hibernate, and Junit
- Experience in JavaScript, React, or Angular is a plus.
- Well-versed in Scrum/Agile development methodologies and practices
