Responsibilities: -
• Establish and nurture customer relationships through phone, email, and web conferences, including the creation of estimates as part of in-house IT sales support.
• Generate estimates, proposals, and follow-up activities for annual IT maintenance support contracts and subscription renewals for customers, operating in-house.
• Validate product prices and inventory status with suppliers, managing the ordering process.
• Coordinate IT maintenance and spot projects, assigning responsibilities to the engineering team.
• Occasionally participate in face-to-face meetings with customers with companion of senior colleagues.
Requirements: -
• Proficient in English at a business level
• Proficient in Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking counterparts.
• Strong administrative skills are and knowledge in IT are preferred.
