Boeing Korea Internship program is an exceptional opportunity to start your career with industry experience beyond or based on your academic experience with Boeing, the world’s largest aerospace company. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who have expertise and interest in a specific position’s requirements. Internship period is July ~ August 2024 and can be negotiated based on each candidate’s situation.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of machine learning models
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to collect and preprocess data for analysis
• Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to solve complex problems through machine learning
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Help in the design and optimization of machine learning algorithms
• Document and communicate your findings and progress to the team
• Conduct research on …
• Information Q&A, sentence generation / summarization technology using LLM (Large Language Model)
• Anomaly detection based on feature matching or feature learning approaches
• technology to estimate or predict missing values in tabular data or analyze patterns and trends that exist in data
• Implementation of proto@types to test new ideas and AI models, or analysis and improvement of the performance of existing AI models, and presentation of results (written report or oral presentation, as appropriate)
Qualifications:
• Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and algorithms
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, and experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization
• Good to have at least an intermediate level of knowledge in server engineering like resource management on multi-GPUs over multiple servers
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning
