Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute multimedia design solutions that meet project goals and objectives
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders
Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all multimedia deliverables
Design and produce high-quality graphics, animations, and videos for use in presentations, websites, and social media channels
Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia design, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX, graphic design, and video design
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and InVision
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
