Responsibilities
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, hardware and software problems (Switches Routers, Firewall)
• Work closely with system administrators, security professionals and other IT teams to impliment network related projects
• Providing technical support either by visiting on-site or through remote-access systems
• Provide support to end-users for network-related issues
Requirements and skills
• 2-3 years of experience in similar role
• Understanding of hardware, software and networkingExperience with windows/Linux?Mac OS environments
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
