We are looking for a hands-on CTO
• * Responsibilities*
• As the technical platform owner, partner with our visionary CEO to define, prioritize and develop our platform products and services: a multi-chain, fully integrated social engagement platform leveraging blockchain, NFT etc
- Rapidly iterate and test new features and versions of the Ngage4
Good products by collecting community feedback.
- Own the platform functionalities and user journeys, make informed decision on UI/UX, define innovative solution to add business value to the platform.
- Define and track the functional and technical product roadmap.
- Make architecture decisions to ensure a strong, stable, and scalable platform.
- Build out the tech stack and engineering hiring plan.
- As we grow engage and coordinate with the development community and ensure project deliverables are satisfactory, timely and on budget.
- As additional funding is raised, work with engineering team to increase their expertise and understanding of best development practices.
- Be an ambassador for the Ngage4
Good community.
- Participate in investment calls and fundraising pitches.
• * Requirements**:
We are looking for a software guru to own the Tech with:
- Practical experience in software architecture and personally building digital products from early-stage through scaling and maturity.
- Strong product and tech management and communication skills.
- Experience working in an early-stage tech start-up.
- A trailblazer who thrives in ambiguous environment and a problem solver.
- A master of Agile and Rapid dev and end-to-end software lifecycle.
- A strong product sense of ownership who can build engaging tech for customers and communities.
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research on the field.
- Deep interest and expertise and hands-on experience of blockchain, smart contract, NFT, Web3, Defi, and trends
- Expertise in multiple Tech such as and not limited to:
Mongo
DB, Express, React, Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js, Typescrypt, Solidity, Hardhat, Pinata, IPFS, Vercel etc...
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to share/collaborate with other CxO, advisors, investors and the community.
- A product visionary, innovative and long-term thinker with a customer-centric focus.
- A sense of delivery excellence above customer expectation.
- Proficient in cybersecurity and cyberthreats to prevent cyberattacks and information hacks.
- A social and “doing good” mindset.
- A collaborative team player with a “can do” and positive attitude.
• * Profile*
• - Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or related with at least 5-7 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
- Previous startup CTO experience or senior technical experience with team management.
- Web3 Development experience, specifically, blockchain and NFTs.
- AI/Machine Learning/ Natural Language processing experience is a plus.
- Anticipated Hours 10 - 20 hours, per week leading to full-time upon successful capital raises.
- Compensation Structure: initially Equity (1-10%, based on experience).
