Responsibilities:
• Involve in execution of daily operations of the Concierge counter to deliver premier services to visitors;
• Handle complaints, requests and enquiries effectively and provide support to marketing activities in order to promote customer loyalties and encourage relationship build-up between tenants and shoppers;
• Coordinate with Management Office and Marketing Department on the execution of day-to-day mall operations and marketing activities;
• Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements based on active collection of feedbacks from guests and tenants.
Requirements:
• Diploma / Bachelor in Hotel Management / Property Management or related discipline;
• 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Customer Service / Front Office and gained from the field of Hotel / Property Management;
• Excellent command of spoken / written English, Putonghua and Cantonese;
• Cheerful, initiative, service oriented and able to communicate with guests with different cultural background;
• Willing to work on shift;
• Fresh graduates will be considered.
